We’re on site for a special 2 hour Liquid Lunch today! We’re at the beloved Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse and what a treat this was! We sit down with Chef Kyle Wilson of the Paso Inn Steakhouse, Hallie Broadstone, Manager of The Steakhouse, Jeremy Sizemore, Owner of Spearhead Coffee in Paso Robles right across the way from the Paso Robles Inn. We also sit down with Jeanine Madson of Oso Libre Wines.
We get to taste some of the new menu items at the Paso Inn Steakhouse including this mindblowing Spearhead Coffee infused Creme Brulee that Chef Kyle tried on air for the very first time! We also get an incredible history lesson on the Paso Inn and of course we can’t have Liquid Lunch without some wine! Jeanine brings in Oso Libres Cornal, 2012 Quixotic Cabernet Sauvignon and their 2015 Reisling.
