This morning we got, Mary MacLane – cinematographer on “Clean Slate,” Caroline Garcia – sound engineer & producer on “Clean Slate,” and Maxwell Morais – screenwriter & producer on “Cut Short” in studio this morning to talk about their film “Cal Poly Shorts” all part of the SLO International Film Festival, the eight short films by Cal Poly students will be showing at the Fremont Theater on Wednesday, March 13th at 8PM, fun fact, it used to be held at the Palm Theatre but it always sold out so now they need more room! These films were written and produced by Cal Poly Students in ISLA 341 (Cinematic Process, taught by Randi Barros) and ART 483 (Digital Video II, taught by James Werner). We also get some details on what some of the short films will be about, these students put a lot of hard work into their films and now they get to show them to th world!
