We sit down and discuss the differences and ageability of Still, Sparkling, New and Library version of Picpoul and we compare them to Adam’s “Montito!” We also go over just what are the differences and how much is grown compared between California and France.
Of course we taste some amazing Picpouls, the 2017 version from Halter Ranch, the 2015 Sparkling Picpoul, Tablas Creek 2008 and 2017 versions of Picpoul as well!
