Another fun group in on the Liquid Lunch today, we got Xavier Arnaudin and Harry Hall, Winemakers for Union Sacre and our boy Brian from Ribline! Xavier and Harry bring in some exquisite wines and breaks down the winemaking and aging process and we get an inside look at how the 2018 harvest was for Union Sacre. We taste a Resisling, Pinot and Cab and Brian brings in some jaw dropping delicious Mac and cheese and ribs. Brian also updates us on some of the catering side of things with Ribline as well. Adam also gets Xavier to taste the Montito and gets an honest opinion. Get out and taste some of this amazing wine and food!
