This weeks Garagiste Show features the women behind Bocabella Olive Farm’s Winemaker blend olive oil. Shaana Rahman and Jonny Jantz, owners of Bocabella Farms, had an idea several seasons ago to use local winemakers palates to contrive a unique olive oil blend. This latest release features the palates of: Amy Butler owner/winemaker of Ranchero Cellars, Amy Freeman, Molly Boheman winemaker for Niner Winery, Susan aka Sam Mahler owner/ winemaker of Cypher Winery, Skye Mclennan winemaker/ owner of Rebel Rose and Liz Gillingham marketing and co ordinating for McPrice Myers Winery. Shaana explains in detail the correct process for tasting olive oil. The ladies also share their insights regarding the construction of this extremely unique oil. Bocabella, having just received two Gold Medals at the international olive oil competition is on the cutting edge of quality and innovation. Shaana and Jonny are now producing what is now becoming some of the best Extra Virgin olive oil in the world right here on the Central Coast .
