What an absolute treat for a Liquid Lunch today. We got Bryan Terrizzi from Etto and Giornata Wines in talking about new things going on in Tin City and we have the absolute pleasure of having Fish Gaucho General Manager, Matt Hanson in for the first time since his heart attack. It was such a treat to have him and his wife, Robin Wolfe back in once again making some amazing cocktails, talking about what’s on the horizon and of course gives some of the details on a few very scary days. There is a benefit event going on this Sunday, January 6th from 11a – 3p at Tin City Cider, hosted by Fish Gaucho called “Hats For Matt.” There will be drinks and food to purchase and good times so come on out, have a good time, give Matt a hug, all proceeds will go to offsetting medical expenses.
Of course we taste some wine too! Bryan brings in the 2016 Giornata Aglianico and Sangiovese along with a 2017 Barbera PLUS Robin makes us some cocktails that she will be entering in the “Bartender Of The Year” competition she has been invited to.
