We got the folks of Tin Canteen Restaurant in the house today! Jenna Congdon, Kitchen Manager Travis Hallanana and Chef Michele Gargoni. We get the lowdown on the new restaurant, its hours and more. Chef Gargoni also breaks down some of the more popular menu items like the Octopus, Burger, the sauce they make and even the amount of time and detail that goes into making the simplest of food such as a chicken sandwhich. Jenna talks all about the Wine List and how much local and out of area wines are on the list, how she creates it and more.

Of course we taste some amazing Italian Wines and discuss the differences between that and American Wines. We tried a Lambrusco from Tradiziore Zanasi, a 2016 Foradori and a Fiano di Avellino.
