This weeks Garagiste Show features Brian Wayne. Brian is a chemical analyst for the new start up Tastri. Tastri has been set up to put real subjectivity into wine criticism through very selective chemical analysis of wines in the marketplace. By using proprietary techniques Tastri will be able to define people’s palates and recommend wines that they enjoy, along with providing much other data analysis for marketing wines to consumers. Tastri is about to set the wine community alight by bringing real science to what has been, thus far, a very gray and often disputed arena. The future is here .
