Sidecar Cocktail Co was our guest yestrday at the California Mid State Fair! It also happened to be the Get Craft Mixology Event where Mixologists combine California Agriculture Products and the growing Craft Spirit Industry in California in a live, educational competition. Distilleries that participated in the California Craft Spirits Competition are eligible to be part of the festival. Mixologist, restaurants and/or bars will partner with a winning spirit to createthe cocktail of their choice. Congrats to Novo and Bixby Gin on winning. The Cork Dorks, Robin Wolfe from The Hatch along with Stephen McConnel were among the Judges on this year’s panel.
