We’ve heard about how popular these folks have been out the gate since Brooke and her team opened, ‘Brunch’, in downtown Paso a little over 18 months ago. On today’s Liquid Lunch, The Cork Dorks had the team in. Owner Brooke Johnson, Chef Tanner Oxford, Dawn Baxter, and Chef’s right hand man Steve and chef de cuisine, Jason were all on hand. They brought in a chorizo breakfast burrito, their loaded and perfect Avocado toast, and even a pulled pork benedict. The food and mission of this team is on another level!
