A Vineyard Drive winery went under new ownership and made some new grape plantings near their property line. Along with the plantings, a fan loud fan preventing the new grapes from getting frost bitten is causing many issues with the neighbor. Apparently the fan rotates and sounds like a helicopter outside their house as well as blows walnuts, rocks, branches and more towards their house.
